Refund and Return Eligibility

Direct Purchases: For items purchased directly from Waste Works, the following conditions apply:

  • You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Customized or personalised items are non – refundable unless they are defective or do not meet the specifications you provided during the order process.
  • To initiate a return or refund, contact our customer support team at info@wasteworks.eco and provide your order details.

Affiliate Site Purchases: Purchases made through affiliate site purchases are subject to their respective refund and return Policies.

Return Process

Direct Purchases: If you are eligible for a return follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Customer Support team at: info@wastewroks.eco to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) to be returned and the reason for return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  4. Pack the item(s) securely, include the RMA numberand ship thenm to the address provided by Waste Works.
  5. Upon receiving returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
  6. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non- refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refund Process
