How to Use

To cool simply put in the freezer 30-60 minute prior to use (Top tip – put in one of our wet bags to keep them clean).

To heat pop in the microwave for 15 second increments until you reach the perfect temperature. Make sure you don’t overheat and put directly onto your breasts.

Care Instructions

Our Breast Therapy Pads cannot be washed as they contain Lupin. Always store in a container or wet bag when not in use. If they do get soiled, simply wipe with a damp cloth and allow to dry.
