Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days of placing your order. Orders placed on weekend or holidays may take longer to process. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order and been shipped.

We currently ship to destinations within Australia. If you are located outside of Australia, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and your location. Shipping typically takes 10 business days, while expedited shipping may take 5 business. Please note delivery times are estimated and may vary to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, and carrier issues.

Please note that affiliate purchases are subject to the shipping and delivery policies or the respective affiliates. Waste Works will not be responsible for the shipping and delivery of product purchased through affiliate links. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to  accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have been already shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
