BREWING
Loose Leaf:
For a black chai: Add 1–2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water. Infuse for 5+ minutes, then strain.
For a latte-style brew: Simmer 1–2 teaspoons in your milk of choice (almond is our go-to) for 6–8 minutes, then strain.
For the shortcut version: Infuse in hot water, then top up with warm milk.
